All Triple Crown Colorado State Championships Tournament Umpires:
This e-mail requires an umpiring availability response!

This is your initial contact regarding the Triple Crown Colorado State Championships Youth
Baseball tournament which you are either contracted or self-assigned yourself to umpire, been recommended to umpire or have expressed interest.
The tournament will be held at various locations in the Aurora, Boulder, Louisville & Commerce City areas (directions and map links along with a tournament rules link are below) on Friday, July 7th, Saturday, July 8th and Sunday, July 9th.

Please e-mail me at:
Assignor AsoCsoa@Aol.Com
of your day and time availability.
I need to know if you have a certain start and/or finish time on a particular day, etc.
If you can umpire all three days without start/finish time restrictions, please reply that you have "Full Availability."
Please do not request specific sites. We will do our best to keep you geographically situated but understand you may have to travel to a site beyond the closest site to where you reside.
Due to the size and field geography of this event, we need to hear from you quickly with your availability. Please respond NO LATER THAN Thursday, June 29th.
Please, Please, Please do not make us have to call to secure your availability details.

There should be no commitment or availability conflicts at this point with all of you familiar with the process.
In other words, if you signed up or self-assigned yourself to umpire this tournament event, your records should match our records. If your availability has changed from what you originally submitted, YOU MUST call with that information to offer an explanation.

After receiving your availability, the umpire site/rotation/partner schedule will be shaped.

For umpires with availability starting Friday, July 7th, you will receive by no later than Sun
July 2nd a final confirmation e-mail detailing your MANDATORY pre-tournament meeting time & location or where your initial umpiring assignment site will be.
For umpires with availability beginning on Saturday, July 8th, you will be contacted by Wednesday, July 5th via the ASO Arbiter Sports scheduling system with your assignment details.
When you receive this correspondence, we ask that you please promptly confirm your meeting/umpiring site and time.
Please do not make us chase you down for the confirmation!
