This is your final confirmation for this upcoming weekend's
(Saturday, April 22nd and Sunday, April 23rd's) Triple Crown Baseball Bash Tournament.
 
Games begin at 8:00AM at all fields
 
 
 
Please review the below scheduling information and respond accordingly.
 
This E-mail requires a RETURN CONFIRMATION REPLY AS TO
WHERE YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO REPORT FOR A PRE-TOURNAMENT UMPIRES MEETING OR DIRECTLY TO YOUR INITIAL GAME ASSIGNMENT.
 
 
 
Please be sure to clearly identify yourself in your response as 
we don't have everyone's e-mail address memorized. 
 
Please no responses like "Got it," or "I'll be there," or
"Good to go."

The below-listed umpire shall report to the west UNPAVED parking lot at the Brighton Youth Baseball Association Complex for a mandatory pre-tournament umpire's meeting slated to begin at 6:45AM on Saturday morning April 22nd.
 
This is the complex to the south of Vikan Middle School; not the one right off of Highway 76 near the Judicial Center.

Pioneer Park Complex in Commerce City for a mandatory pre-tournament
umpire's meeting slated to begin at 7:15 AM on Saturday morning April 22nd with Earl Griebler AKA "The Earl of Umpiring."
 
 
 
Umpire schedules for the entire weekend, payment paperwork, tournament rules, Santiago's breakfast burritos and possibly orange juice will be distributed.
Please be prompt as there's a lot to cover in a short amount of time.

This is the complex to the SOUTH of Vikan Middle School; not the one right off of Highway 76 near the Judicial Center.
 
 
 
Umpire schedules for the entire weekend, payment paperwork, tournament rules, donuts & orange juice will be distributed.
 
 
Please be prompt as we have a lot to cover in a short amount of time and some of you will be relocating to another site for your games.
 
Those of you with an * by your name will be allocated lodging if needed.
The specifics will be distributed by no later than Thursday.

The time listed are the game's start time.
Please arrive at least 1/2 hour prior.
In ( ) is the total number of games you have scheduled for the day along with the designation of where your initial umpire position will be.
 
For the above listed umpires, game assignment schedules for the ENTIRE weekend along with payment paperwork will be delivered to your location either via Hal Weizman, the on-field umpires in your rotation or can be picked up from the Triple Crown site director.
 
The attire for this tournament is charcoal gray umpire pants with either a traditional powder blue, powder black or navy blue pullover shirt.
Other colors may be worn.
You must match your partner(s) on the field. 
And just to get out in front of it, powder black shirts and powder blue
shirts do not constitute a match.

The fields are behind (northeast of) Vikan Middle School, just east of 8th on Southern -- Rockies Field sits EAST of Ron Cox Field. Both fields are to the North of the four-field Brighton Youth Sports Complex. This facility is located on School Property.
